What happens during a myofascial release session?

We start with an intake conversation where we explore YOU in the present moment.

Drawing on her training, Rachel intuitively locates and holds pressure points on your body for an extended period. With her supportive touch and the deep sense of safety it fosters, memories may surface, leading you to a profound release.

A release can come through tears, laughter, shaking, trembling, intense hot flashes, cold spells, burps, etc.

At the end of the session, Rachel holds space for the client to process the experience. There is also a 15-minute integration call within 48 hours after the session.

Just as we are all unique, no two sessions are identical: your healing, your journey.
